摘要
为提高固废材料的综合利用率,补偿混凝土的收缩裂缝,分析复合矿物膨胀剂对商品混凝土力学性能和收缩性能的影响。经研究,得出掺入6%的矿物膨胀剂时2 h坍落度大于160 mm,满足混凝土泵送工艺要求,当28 d时抗压强度达到37.6 MPa,还可以使混凝土的体积收缩得到及时补偿,这为进一步改善和提高混凝土体积的稳定性和耐久性提供相应的研究数据。
In order to improve the comprehensive utilization of solid waste materials and compensate the shrinkage cracks of concrete,the effects of compound mineral expansion agents on the mechanical properties and shrinkage properties of commercial concrete were investigated.The results show that the 2 h slump of 6%mineral expansion agent is greater than 160 mm,which meets the requirements of the concrete pumping process and the compressive strength of 28 d reaches 37.6 MPa,which can also make the volume shrinkage of concrete compensated in time.This provides research data for further improving and enhancing the volume stability and durability of concrete.
