摘要
水泥基防水涂料是一种以可再分散乳胶粉和水泥为胶凝材料的防水涂料,其在建筑、地下工程、隧道等领域应用广泛。研究水泥基防水涂料,探索其材料性能和应用前景,具有重要的理论和实践价值。本文运用正交试验的方法,通过改变可再分散乳胶粉掺量、可再分散乳胶粉种类、纤维素醚掺量、水泥掺量,进行四因素四水平的正交试验,检测试样的断裂伸长率和拉伸强度,对所得数据进行分析并探讨各因素对水泥基防水涂料性能的影响规律,得到各因素最合理的掺量配比,对工程实际应用有指导意义。
Cement-based waterproof coating is a waterproof coating using redispersible latex powder and cement as the gelling material,which has been widely used in construction,underground engineering,tunnels and other fields.Therefore,studying cement-based waterproof coating and exploring its material properties and application prospects have important theoretical and practical value.This article uses the orthogonal test method to conduct a four-factor four-level orthogonal test by changing the amount of redispersible latex powder,the type of redispersible latex powder,the amount of cellulose ether,and the amount of cement,detects the fracture elongation and tensile strength of the sample,and discuss the influence of the factors on the cement-based waterproof coating performance,get the most reasonable ratio of various factors,has guiding significance for engineering practical application.
