摘要
目前,丙烷脱氢装置的富氢尾气被用作燃料气,为提高富氢尾气的利用价值,运用PSA技术通过变压吸附实现尾气精制的目的。本文概述PSA氢气提纯的工艺流程及工作原理,对生产过程中可能存在的危险性进行分析,得出火灾、爆炸是最主要的危害因素,并提出了提高装置安全性的多项措施,确保装置安全稳定运行。
At present,the hydrogen-rich tail gas of the propane dehydrogenation unit is used as fuel gas,and in order to improve the utilization value of the hydrogen-rich tail gas,PSA technology is used to achieve the purpose of tail gas refining through pressure swing adsorption.This paper summarizes the process flow and working principle of PSA hydrogen purification,analyzes the possible hazards in the production process,concludes that fire and explosion are the most important hazards,and proposes a number of measures to improve the safety of the device to ensure the safe and stable operation of the device.
