110 t氢能源矿用自卸车大功率氢燃料电池电堆一致性分析及优化

Consistency Analysis and Optimization of High-Power Hydrogen Fuel Cell Stack for 110 t Hydrogen Energy Mining Dump Truck

摘要 为了满足矿山应用对大功率动力的需求,氢能源矿用车辆通常采用大功率氢燃料电池电堆以提升系统的可靠性并降低系统的复杂性。大功率电池电堆大进气量、高电压、大电流的特点会放大电堆中各单电池之间的差异,影响电堆的性能与寿命,因此对大功率氢燃料电池电堆一致性提出了更高的要求。本文依托国能北电胜利能源有限公司110 t氢燃料电池无人驾驶矿用自卸车项目,分析影响大功率燃料电池电堆一致性的关键因素。通过在电堆上下两块端板处各增加两节不参与发电的假电池、采用均热设计的端板、优化配气等措施,使电堆在额定功率工作时远离进气口端单电池电压提升了50 mV,靠近进气口端单电池电压提升了25 mV,整堆单电池的电压差异小于10 mV,有效提升了大功率氢燃料电池电堆的一致性。 In order to meet the demand for high-power in mining applications,hydrogen energy mining vehicles usually use high-power hydrogen fuel cell stacks to improve system reliability and reduce system complexity.The characteristics of high-power fuel cell stacks,such as large air intake,high voltage and high current,can amplify the differences between individual cells in the stack,affecting the performance and lifespan of the fuel cell stacks.Therefore,higher requirements are put forward for the consistency of high-power hydrogen fuel cell stack.Based on the 110 t hydrogen fuel cell unmanned mining dump truck project of Guoneng Beidian Shengli Energy Co.,Ltd.,this paper analyzed the key factors affecting the consistency of high-power fuel cell stack.By adding two fake cells that do not participate in power generation at each of the upper and lower end plates of the stack,adopting end plate with uniform heat design,optimizing gas distribution,the voltage of single cells far away from the inlet end plate increased by 50 mV and the voltage of single cells near the inlet end plate increased by 25 mV when the fuel cell stack was operating at rated power.The voltage differences of each single cells of the entire stack were less than 10 mV.The consistency of high-power hydrogen fuel cell stacks has been improved effectively.
