公路隧道仰拱缺陷对整体结构的影响及结构分析 被引量:2

摘要 公路隧道仰拱是重要的下部承载结构与功能结构,其服役耐久稳定是隧道顺畅运营的基础。以仰拱结构病害现象为切入点,总结提出了仰拱病害的主要成因及最常见的质量缺陷类型,并针对仰拱底部虚渣、深度不足、结构厚度不足、材料性能弱化、上下部连接刚度不足等代表性缺陷,结合荷载-结构法开展了不同缺陷程度下承载安全影响部位、影响程度等规律性分析。结果表明:1)仰拱局部缺陷主要影响缺陷部位承载安全,仰拱整体缺陷除影响仰拱结构自身外,还会造成上部结构整体破坏;2)不同缺陷类型对承载安全影响程度有所差异,结构厚度不足、材料性能劣化缺陷>底部虚渣不密实、仰拱深度不足>上下部结构连接刚度不足>围岩荷载增加;3)仰拱建造时,可取3/5倍设计强度、刚度、尺寸等条件作为质量底线的辅助判别标准,以便快速判定特殊条件下的缺陷状态。研究结果可用于仰拱病害成因分析与施工质量控制。 The inverted arch of a highway tunnel is an important lower load-bearing and functional structure,and its service durability and stability are the foundation for tunnel operation.The study takes the structural defects of inverted arches as the starting point,summarizes and proposes the main causes of inverted arch defects and the most common types of quality defects.In view of the representative defects such as virtual slag at the bottom of the inverted arch,insufficient depth,insufficient structural thickness,weakened material properties,and insufficient stiffness of the upper and lower connections,a regular analysis of the impact of different degrees of defects on the bearing safety of the affected parts and the degree of impact was conducted,in combination with the load-structure method.The results show that:1)Local defects in the inverted arch mainly affect the bearing safety of the affected parts.Overall defects in the inverted arch not only affect the inverted arch structure itself,but also cause overall damage to the upper structure;2)The impact of different defect types on load-bearing safety varies.Defects such as insufficient structural thickness and material performance degradation>loose and uncompacted bottom slag>insufficient depth of inverted arch>insufficient connection stiffness between upper and lower structures>increased load on surrounding rock;3)During the construction of inverted arch,3/5 times of the design strength,stiffness,size and other size and other conditions can be used as auxiliary criteria for quality baseline to facilitate rapid determination of defect status under special conditions.The research results can be used for the analysis of the causes of inverted arch defects and the control of construction quality.
