常温型双组分道路标线涂料的研制与应用

摘要 为了解决现有标线耐久性不足的问题,在分析现有双组分标线研究及应用现状的基础上,对双组分涂料原材料和配方进行了筛选及研制,制备了常温型双组分标线涂料,评价了涂料的耐磨性、附着性等性能,对比分析了自制涂料与常规涂料的性能。结果表明:1)自制涂料的各项性能均满足规范要求且优于常规涂料;2)所研制的双组分标线涂料在实际工程中适用于水泥路面和沥青路面旧标线修复,沥青路面标线修复1年后,逆反射系数值均大于200 mcd·m^(-2)·1x^(-1),涂料与旧标线粘结良好,无老化开裂现象,用于水泥混凝土路面旧标线修复后初始逆反射系数均值大于400 mcd·m^(-2)·1x^(-1),5个月后逆反射系数值均大于350 mcd·m^(-2)·1x^(-1),旧标线视认性能得到大幅提升,该涂料可在旧标线修复养护工程中进行推广应用。 In order to solve the problem of insufficient durability of existing road markings,the raw materials and formulas of two-component coatings were screened and optimized,and a room temperature two-component marking coating was prepared,based on an analysis of the research and application status of existing dual-component markings.The wear resistance,adhesion and other properties of the coating were evaluated,and the performance of the homemade coatings and conventional coating was compared and analyzed.The results show that:1)All the properties of the homemade coatings meet the specification requirements and are superior to conventional coatings;2)Practical engineering applications have shown that the developed two-component marking paint is suitable for repairing old markings on cement and asphalt pavements.After one year of repairing asphalt pavement markings,the reflection coefficients are all greater than 200 mcd·m^(-2)·1x^(-1),and the paint adheres well to the old markings without aging or cracking.After repairing the old markings on cement concrete pavement,the average initial reflection coefficient is greater than 400 mcd·m^(-2)·1x^(-1).After 5 months,the values of the reflection coefficient are all greater than 350 mcd·m^(-2)·1x^(-1),indicating a significant improvement in the visual recognition performance of the old markings.This coating can be promoted and applied on projects of repairing old markings.
