冷拌环氧浇注式沥青混合料关键工艺参数影响分析

Analysis on the Influence of Key Production Process Parameters of Cold-mixed Epoxy Gussasphalt Mixtures

摘要 为探究冷拌环氧浇注式沥青混合料的生产工艺参数,通过不同拌合时间及温度、不同养生温度和不同含水率条件下混合料的流动性、强度及抗裂性等指标测试,确定冷拌环氧浇注式沥青混合料关键生产工艺控制参数。结果表明:1)随着拌合时间、拌合温度的增加,混合料抗压强度线性增长,10 min时获得最优的流动性,考虑后续摊铺工艺,拌合时间宜控制在10 min~30 min;2)拌合温度增加7℃,混合料的抗压强度提高了23.6%,但温度过高,材料固化速度加快,施工可操作时间减短;3)随着温度增加,养生时间大幅缩短,25℃时仅需10 h即可达到终期强度;4)集料含水率对混合料性能影响较大,考虑混合料的流动性、强度及抗裂性等,集料含水率不宜超过0.5%。 In order to explore the construction process parameters of cold-mixed epoxy gussasphalt mixture,the fluidity,strength and crack resistance of the mixture under different mixing temperature and time,different health temperature,and different moisture content conditions were tested to determine the control parameter of key production process of cold-mixed epoxy gussasphalt mixture.The results show that:1)With the increase of mixing time and mixing temperature,the compressive strength of the mixture increases linearly,and the optimal fluidity is obtained when mixing for 10 min.Considering paving process,the mixing time should be controlled within 10 min~30 min;2)When the mixing temperature was increased by 7℃,the compressive strength of the mixture was increased by 23.6%.High temperature also lead to acceleration of curing rate of material and a shortening of construction operational time;3)With the increase of temperature,the health maintenance time is greatly shortened,and the construction operational time.When the temperature is 25℃,the terminal strength can be obtained after 10 h;4)The effect of moisture content of the coarse aggregate on the performance of the mixture is large.Considering the fluidity,strength and crack resistance,etc.,the moisture content of the coarse aggregate should be controlled within 0.5%.
