摘要
进入“十四五”时期,在实施乡村振兴战略和推进城乡一体化前提下,农村供水不仅要满足人民群众的饮水安全需求,还要满足农村二、三产业发展等用水需求,如何织密筑牢城乡供水保障网,稳步推进由农村饮水安全向农村供水保障转变,助力乡村振兴和经济社会高质量发展成为当务之急。文章结合聊城市农村供水现状及存在问题,提出了新阶段聊城市农村供水高质量发展的实现路径。
Entering the"14th Five-Year Plan"period,under the premise of implementing the rural revitalization strategy and promoting urban-rural integration,rural water supply must not only meet the drinking water safety demands of the people,but also meet the requirement of the development of rural secondary and tertiary industries.It's an urgent problem to be addressed on how to tightly build urban and rural water supply security networks,and steadily promote the transformation from rural drinking water safety to rural water supply security.Promoting rural revitalization and high-quality economic and social development has become a top priority.Based on the present situation and existing problems of rural water supply in Liaocheng,this paper puts forward the realization path of high quality development of rural water supply in Liaocheng in the new stage.
