摘要
以现有河湖长制管理信息系统为基础,集成了河湖长、一河(湖)一档、河湖管理范围、岸线空间规划、公众监督、视频监控等相关数据,引入行为智能识别、物联网自动信息采集、数据分析分发等功能,构建河湖管理数字化场景,研发河湖管理的智能视频分析、数据分析分发等模型和算法,全面支撑智慧河湖建设。
Based on the existing river and lake chief system management information system,integrating the system of each record for each lake(river),river and lake management scope,shoreline spatial planning,public supervision,video surveillance and other functions,and introducing behavioral intelligent identification,automatic information collection of the Internet of Things,data analysis and distribution,it built a digital scene of river and lake management,which developed intelligent video analysis,data analysis and distribution models and algorithms for river and lake management,to fully support the construction of smart river and lake.
