摘要
开展“六项机制”试点建设是提升水管单位安全能力和水平的重要举措。本文以潍坊市白浪河水库“六项机制”试点建设为例,剖析安全生产风险管控“六项机制”的主要内容,从风险查找、研判、预警、防范、处置和责任等角度出发具体陈述创建经验方法,做到风险有效管控、隐患及时消除,实现切断“危险源—事故隐患—事故”的全链条安全管控,提升水管单位安全运管能力。
To carry out the pilot construction of"six mechanisms"is an important measure to improve the safety ability of water authority and units.Taking the pilot construction of"six mechanisms"in Bai Langhe Reservoir in Weifang as an example,this paper analyzes the main content of"six mechanisms"for safety production risk management and control,and specifically states the creation of experience methods from the perspectives of risk search,judgment,early warning,prevention,disposal and responsibility,so as to achieve effective risk control and timely elimination of hidden dangers.Achieve the whole safety control of cutting off the chain of"danger source-accident hidden danger-accident",and improve the safe operation and management capacity of water authority and units.
