摘要
针对铝合金滑槽清根问题,研发了铝合金滑槽清根小车,对小车的铣削参数采用单一变量法和多目标分析法,研究铝合金材料的去除机理,综合分析滑槽清根小车的工况。建立滑槽铣削有限元模型,通过设计不同的参数试验,确定合适的铣削参数组合,该实践可为后续铝合金滑槽清根小车的研发奠定基础。
The extensive application of aluminum alloy in the manufacturing of high-speed railway vehicle bodies has made high-speed railway vehicle bodies lightweight. However, the problem of gouging the sliding grooves in the process of vehicle body manufacturing has affected the production progress of the high-speed railway trains. Aiming at the problem of aluminum alloy chute pigging, an aluminum alloy chute pigging car is developed. The milling parameters of the car are optimized using a single variable method and a multi-objective synchronous optimization method. The mechanism of aluminum alloy material removal is studied, and the working conditions of the chute pigging car are comprehensively analyzed. The finite element model is established for chute milling, and the appropriate milling parameter combination is determined through designing different parameter tests, which will lay a foundation for the subsequent research and development of the aluminum alloy chute root cleaner car.
