摘要
急性肺损伤是一种临床常见的危重疾病,以起初的肺部炎症和血管通透性增高为主要特征,最终可发展为急性呼吸窘迫综合征。肺泡巨噬细胞作为机体抵御病原微生物感染和组织病理损伤的第一道防线,对维持肺稳态具有重要意义。本文首先阐述了肺泡巨噬细胞极化为不同的生物学表型,在急性肺损伤各期以及疾病发生发展中发挥多样性的生物学功能。其次总结了巨噬细胞焦亡、自噬、代谢、修复等生物学功能在改善肺损伤、促进肺修复、影响预后等方面的作用机制,为临床利用巨噬细胞途径干预或治疗急性肺损伤提供思路。
Acute lung injury(ALI)is a common critical disease,characterized by initial lung inflammation and increased vascular permeability,eventually progressing to acute respiratory distress syndrome(ARDS).Alveolar macrophages are important for maintaining lung homeostasis as the body’s first line of defense against pathogenic microbial infections.This paper firstly describes the diverse biological functions of lung macrophages in various stages of ALI and disease progression by polarizing into different biological phenotypes.Secondly,we summarized the mechanism of macrophage biological functions such as pyroptosis,autophagy,metabolism,and repair in ameliorating lung injury,promoting lung repair,and influencing prognosis,so as to provide ideas for the clinical use of macrophage pathway to intervene or treat ALI.
