预制混凝土夹心保温墙板连接件抗扭性能试验 被引量:1

Experimental Study on Torsional Performance of Shear Connectors in Precast Concrete Sandwich Panel

摘要 目的提高预制混凝土夹心保温墙板在制作、运输以及地震作用时遇到突发扭转工况下的抗扭性能。方法进行6组18个预制混凝土夹心保温墙板的扭转试验,分析连接件宽度、连接件片数、连接件间距对试件抗扭性能的影响。结果连接件宽度从160 mm增大至200 mm,抗扭承载力提高32%;双片连接件相比于单片连接件抗扭承载力提高51%;双片连接件间距为100 mm时的荷载略大于50 mm,提高14%。结论预制混凝土夹心保温墙板受扭破坏属于延性破坏;建议采用双片连接件,间距设为100 mm,以提高在不可靠情况下连接件的抗扭性能。 To improve the torsion resistance of precast concrete sandwich panels under sudden torsion during manufacture,transportation and earthquake.The torsion tests of 6 groups of 18 precast concrete sandwich panels were carried out,and the effects of shear connector width,number and shear connector spacing on the torsion performance of the specimens were analyzed.As a result,when the width of the shear connector increases from 160 mm to 200 mm,the torsional bearing capacity of the shear connector increases by 32%;compared with the single-piece shear connector,the torsional bearing capacity of the double-piece shear connector increases by 51%;when the distance between the two-piece shear connector is 100 mm,the load is slightly larger than 50 mm,and the difference is less than 14%.The torsional failure of precast concrete sandwich panel belongs to ductile failure,and it is suggested to use two-piece shear connectors with 100 mm spacing to improve the torsional performance of the shear connectors under unreliable conditions.
