铁路运输能力紧张区段车流径路调整方法研究

摘要 我国铁路大规模成网运营,运输能力显著提高。考虑我国资源和产业分布特征、旅客出行特征等客观因素,在部分重点通道、局部区域、个别时段依然存在能力紧张的问题,通过采用车流径路调整方法,可以缓解目标区段运输能力紧张状况。从调整目标、调整原则和调整步骤3个维度,分析铁路运输能力紧张区段车流径路调整因素;构建铁路运输能力紧张区段车流径路调整模型,在解构区段车流构成并搜索备选径路的基础上,以全网调流成本最小为目标,优化计算各条车流的径路调整方案,使区段车流降低至设定值附近,以算例验证了调整模型的有效性,为路网能力运用、运输组织优化、新线规划等提供研究支撑。 With the large-scale network operation of railways in China,the transportation capacity has been significantly improved.Given the facts such as the distribution characteristics of resources and industries and the characteristics of passenger travel in China,there are still challenges of capacity shortage in some key corridors,local areas and certain periods.By adopting the method of traffic flow route adjustment,the transportation capacity shortage in the target section can be alleviated.From the three dimensions of adjustment goal,adjustment principle and adjustment steps,this paper analyzes the adjustment factors of traffic flow route in the section with tight railway transportation capacity.Based on deconstructing the traffic flow structure and searching for alternative routes,the route adjustment scheme of each traffic flow is optimized and calculated with the aim of minimizing the flow adjustment cost of the whole network,so that the traffic flow in the section is reduced to approximately the designed value.An example is given to verify the effectiveness of the adjustment model,which provides research support for the application of network capacity,the optimization of transportation organization and the planning of new lines.
