摘要
明代《大诰》系列由明太祖亲自主持编纂而成,是明代重要的法律文献汇编。本文在搜集大量史料的基础上,对其选题、挑选、编排、颁布等进行系统性研究,有助于挖掘它们对保存明初法律文献的意义,同时进一步拓宽了文献编撰学的研究范围。
The Ming Dynasty’s Da Gao series,personally overseen and compiled by Emperor Taizu,is a significant compilation of legal documents in the Ming Dynasty.The article conducts a systematic study of thematic selection,arrangement and promulgation based on extensive historical sources.The study contributes to the explora-tion of their importance in preserving historical materials from the early Ming period and further expands the scope of research in documentary compilation studies.
