摘要
“一带一路”倡议的实施搭建了沿线各国深入合作的重要平台,也拓展了中国企业国际化发展的空间。在此背景下,安徽企业“走出去”总体成效显著,表现为进出口贸易持续增长,对外投资合作规模稳步攀升。在日趋复杂多变的国际环境下,安徽企业高质量“走出去”仍面临多重掣肘。为此,应立足发展大局,科学谋划思路;深化通道建设,提升产业链韧性,推动境外经贸合作区高质量建设,助力构建新发展格局。
The“Belt and Road”initiative has created a significant platform for enhanced cooperation among nations along its path and has broadened the scope for the international expansion of Chinese companies.In this context,Anhui enterprises have made substantial achievements in their international expansion,marked by a continuous rise in import and export trade and a consistent increase in foreign investment and cooperation.However,in the face of an increasingly complex and volatile international environment,Anhui enterprises’pursuit of high-quality international expansion still faces various challenges.Actions should be grounded in a holistic development strategy,strategic plans should be formulated;the construction of channels should be deepened,the resilience of the industrial chain should be enhanced,and the high-quality development of overseas economic and trade cooperation zones should be facilitated to contribute to the establishment of a new development paradigm.
