摘要
社区矫正制度从西方引入我国发展已经十余年之久,其主要目的是让社区矫正对象更好地融入社会,降低再犯罪率。然而,囿于我国社会传统、公民的接纳程度以及矫正对象个人的认知,矫正对象的社会融入程度仍有待提高。为了进一步促进社区矫正对象的社会融入,提高社区矫正的效果,通过总结成功经验,提出社区矫正对象从“违法者”到“志愿者”这一实现路径,旨在创新社区矫正对象的社会融入方式,推动社区矫正制度的本土化发展。
The community correction system has been introduced from the West to China for more than ten years,with the main purpose of enabling community correction recipients to better integrate into society and reduce recidivism rates.However,due to the traditional Chinese society,the level of acceptance among citizens,and the individual cognition of the correctional subjects,the degree of social integration of the correctional subjects still needs to be improved.In order to further promote the social integration of community correction objects and improve the effectiveness of community correction,by summarizing successful experiences,this paper proposes the implementation path of community correction objects from"lawbreakers"to"volunteers",aiming to innovate the social integration methods of community correction objects and promote the localization development of the community correction system.
