高弹海绵填塞离心杯提高血液成分制备一次成浆率的方法研究

摘要 目的探讨高弹海绵填塞离心杯离心对提高一次成浆率的效果。方法随机抽取南通市中心血站2022年8—12月采集的保存于2~6℃当天制备的无偿献血者血液,在滤除白细胞后血袋配平,实验组装入离心杯后用高弹海绵填塞后离心,对照组未使用高弹海绵填塞离心。比较两组一次成浆率及离心破损的差异。结果实验组一次成浆率为98.33%,明显高于对照组的90.53%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=105.800,P<0.05)。实验组300 ml和400 ml血液一次成浆率分别为98.07%和98.56%,均较对照组有明显提高,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=59.316,P<0.05;χ^(2)=34.388,P<0.05)。两组离心破损渗漏率比较,差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=2.409,P>0.05)。结论应用高弹海绵填塞离心杯离心,可有效改善血袋离心过程中出现的折皱、塌陷、红细胞贴壁等问题,明显提高血液一次成浆率。 Objective To explore the effect of filling centrifugal cup with high-elastic sponge on improving the primary slurry rate.Methods The blood of voluntary blood donors collected from Blood Center of Nantong from August to December 2022 and stored at 2-6℃was randomly selected,and the blood bags were balanced after leucocytes were filtered.After the experiment was assembled into a centrifuge cup,it was filled with high-elastic sponge and centrifuged.The control group did not use high-elastic sponge to fill and centrifuge.The differences of primary slurry rate and centrifugal damage between the two groups were compared.Results The primary slurry rate in the experimental group was 98.33%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group(90.53%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=105.800,P<0.05).The primary slurry rate of 300 ml and 400 ml blood in the experimental group were 98.07%and 98.56%,respectively,which were significantly higher than those in the control group(χ^(2)=59.316,P<0.05.χ^(2)=34.388,P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the centrifugal breakage leakage rate between the two groups(χ^(2)=2.409,P>0.05).Conclusion Using filling centrifugal cup with high-elastic sponge for centrifugation can effectively improve the problems such as wrinkling,collapse and red blood cells adhesion during the centrifugation of blood bags,obviously improve the primary slurry rate of blood.
