智慧教育背景下云课堂混合式教学模式在骨科规培中的应用

摘要 目的分析智慧教育背景下云课堂混合式教学模式在骨科规范化培训(规培)中的应用效果。方法选择2020年1月至2022年10月在潍坊医学院附属医院骨科进行规培的40名规培生作为研究对象,将2020年1月至2021年5月接受传统教学模式的20名规培生设为对照组,将2021年6月至2022年10月接受智慧教育背景下云课堂混合式教学模式的20名规培生设为观察组,比较两组规培前后理论和实践操作成绩、科研能力、批判性思维以及自主学习能力,并收集两组规培生的教学满意度。结果规培后,观察组理论和实践操作成绩以及科研能力、批判性思维和自主学习能力得分高于对照组,且教学总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论智慧教育背景下云课堂混合式教学模式在骨科规培中的应用可提升规培生的理论知识掌握程度和实践操作能力,还可培养其科研能力、批判性思维和自主学习能力,可使规培生获得良好的教学体验,从而提升其教学满意度。 Objective To analyze the application effect of hybrid teaching mode based on cloud classroom in orthopedic training under the background of smart education.Methods A total of 40 standardized trainees who underwent standardized training at the Orthopedics Department of Affiliated Hospital of Weifang Medical University from January 2020 to October 2022 were included as the subjects.20 standardized trainees who received traditional teaching mode from January 2020 to May 2021 were selected as the control group,and 20 standardized trainees who received hybrid teaching mode based on cloud classroom under the background of smart education from June 2021 to October 2022 were selected as the observation group.The theoretical and practical performance,scientific research ability,critical thinking,and self-learning ability of the two groups before and after the standardized training were compared,and the teaching satisfaction of the two groups of trainees was collected.Results After standardized training,the observation group had higher scores in theoretical and practical performance,scientific research ability,critical thinking,and self-learning ability than the control group,and higher overall satisfaction with teaching than the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of hybrid teaching mode based on cloud classroom in standardized orthopedic training under the background of smart education can improve the theoretical knowledge mastery and practical operation ability of trainees,and also cultivate their research ability,critical thinking,as well as self-learning ability,enabling trainees to have a good teaching experience and improve teaching satisfaction.
