摘要
甲状腺癌术后需行内分泌治疗,维持治疗性的促甲状腺素水平对于预防肿瘤复发、提高患者的生存率至关重要。目前甲状腺癌术后患者的整体服药依从性较差。本文通过回顾分析国内外甲状腺癌术后患者服药依从性的相关研究,系统分析甲状腺癌术后患者服药依从性的影响因素,重点分析健康教育、行为干预、多学科团队协作护理干预、社会及情感支持干预策略在甲状腺癌术后患者中的应用效果,并提出目前关于甲状腺癌术后患者服药依从性干预策略所存在的不足之处及将来研究方向。在今后的研究中应注重根据患者阶段性需求,基于循证护理证据制订个体化、科学、规范、长期的随访管理方案及评价体系,对于全方位提高甲状腺癌术后患者服药依从性、改善患者预后意义重大。
It is very important to maintain the therapeutic thyrotropin level by endocrine therapy after thyroid cancer surgery to prevent tumor recurrence and improve the survival rate of patients.At present,the overall medication compliance of postoperative patients with thyroid cancer is poor.In this paper,by reviewing and analyzing the relevant research on drug compliance of postoperative patients with thyroid cancer at home and abroad,we systematically analyzed the influencing factors of drug compliance of postoperative patients with thyroid cancer,and focused on the application effects of health education,behavioral intervention,multidisciplinary team cooperation nursing intervention,social and emotional support and other intervention strategies in postoperative patients with thyroid cancer,and put forward the shortcomings and future research directions of the current intervention strategies on drug compliance of postoperative patients with thyroid cancer.In future research,we should pay attention to the individualized,scientific,standardized and long-term follow-up management scheme and evaluation system based on patients’phased needs and evidence-based nursing evidence,which is of great significance to improve the medication compliance of postoperative patients with thyroid cancer and improve their prognosis.
