摘要
随着科学技术的发展,生物技术在病原微生物治疗领域中显示出了巨大潜力。文章介绍了生物技术在病原微生物治疗方面的基本原理,包括在基因编辑、生物制剂开发以及质粒介导的基因转移技术等方面的应用,探讨了通过该技术实现病原微生物治疗的实际案例,并展望了未来发展方向,特别是对个性化治疗策略、多学科合作及新型技术进行了探索。
With the development of science and technology,biotechnology has shown great potentials in the field of pathogenic microbial therapy.The paper introduced the basic principles of biotechnology in the treatment of pathogenic microorganisms,including its applications in gene editing,biologics development and plasmid-mediated gene transfer technology.Then,the practical application cases of pathogenic microbial therapy through bioteehndogy are discussed,the future development direction is prospected,and especially the exploration of personalized treatment strategy,multidisciplinary cooperation and new technology are conducted.
