摘要
介绍冷顶锻用不锈钢盘条行业标准制定的任务来源、工作程序及重点建议,对标准的范围、尺寸及偏差、化学成分、硬度、力学性能、表面质量、特殊要求、检测方法等内容进行了分析。标准充分反映了当前我国冷顶锻用不锈钢盘条的最新技术水平,为冷顶锻用不锈钢盘条的推广应用及未来发展提供了支撑,也为下游紧固件厂家的生产和验收提供了依据。
To introduce task source,working procedure and key suggestions for standard of stainless steel wire rods for cold upsetting,and analyzes scope,size and deviation,chemical composition,hardness,mechanical properties,surface quality,special requirements,testing methods and other contents of standard.The standard fully reflects the latest technical level of stainless steel wire rod for cold upsetting in China,provides support for popularization,application and future development of stainless steel wire rod for cold upsetting,and also provides basis for production and acceptance of downstream fastener enterprises.
