摘要
实训基地建设与虚拟仿真等信息技术应用紧密相关,教师和学生是主要的使用者,他们对这些技术的接受程度和使用状况直接影响实训基地建设成效与教学质量。借助技术接受模型(Technology Acceptance Model,简称TAM),从感知有用性、感知易用性以及感知要用性三个维度探讨职业院校虚拟仿真实训基地建设。针对部分职业院校虚拟仿真实训基地建设存在顶层设计缺失引发教学脱节、企业参与积极性低制约基地可持续发展、虚拟仿真实训资源开发质量参差不齐难以满足教学需求等问题,以非遗代表型紫砂陶雕刻虚拟仿真实训基地建设为例,提出一体化的建设策略:通过“一中心三平台”的建设,实现管理、学研、理实、虚实的一体化。从学习者个人维度、校企合作双方维度、技艺传承维度出发,达成“技赋产教、证促实用”的目标,进而打造一个更贴合用户需求、更具吸引力和实效性的虚拟仿真实训基地,为非遗文化传承和职业教育人才培养开辟新路径。
The construction of training bases involves the application of information technologies such as virtual simulation.As the primary users,teachers and students'acceptance and usage of these technologies are directly related to the effectiveness of the training base construction and the quality of education.Utilizing the Technology Acceptance Model(TAM),the research is conducted from three dimensions:perceived usefulness,perceived ease of use,and perceived usefulness.The study is to address issues such as the lack of top-level design leading to disconnection in teaching,low enthusiasm from enterprises restricting the sustainable development of the bases,and the uneven quality of virtual simulation training resources failing to meet educational needs.Thus,the study systematically elaborates on the importance and current state of the virtual simulation training base construction,meticulously analyzes the unique charm of Zisha pottery carving skills and the inheritance challenges it faces.It comprehensively introduces the construction plan,resource advantages,and expected outcomes of the training base,delving into the key issues and strategies for addressing them during the construction process.It also provides strong guidance for practical promotion,fully driving the deep integration of ICH inheritance and vocational education.
