摘要
笔者主要聚焦风电场运维管理,通过分析其现状及技术、人员、管理和外部环境方面存在的问题,提出涵盖技术创新、人员培养与管理优化、管理制度完善及应对外部环境变化的一系列针对性改进建议。希望能够在提升风电场运维管理水平、提高运行效率与可靠性、降低运维成本、促进风电场可持续发展等方面提供一些帮助。
The authors mainly focus on the operation and maintenance management of wind farms.By analyzing the current situation and existing problems in technology personnel management and external environment a series of targeted improvement suggestions covering technological innovation personnel training and management optimization management system improvement and response to external environmental changes are proposed.It is hoped that it can provide some assistance in improving the operation and management level of wind farms enhancing operational efficiency and reliability reducing operation and maintenance costs and promoting sustainable development of wind farms.
