摘要
分析了高铁站台上以雨棚钢结构为例的腐蚀状况和涂层现状,分析腐蚀与涂层缺陷的原因,介绍了不同的防锈底漆和耐紫外光老化的面漆涂料产品的性能特点,结合防火涂层,提出了高效环保的站台钢结构防护维修方案。
This paper analyzes the corrosion status and coatings status of the high-speed railway station canopy steel structure,analyzes the causes of corrosion and coatings defects,introduces the performance characteristics of different primers and weatheringresistant topcoat products,and puts forward an efficient and environmentally friendly protection and maintenance scheme of the railway station steel structure combined with fire protection coatings.
