摘要
新时代,我们党全面把握世界现代化发展的一般规律,立足自身实际和中心任务,对现代化的总体布局、中国特色、本质要求、战略安排、重大原则、重大关系处理及其与进一步全面深化改革的互动关系进行系统阐述,形成中国式现代化理论体系。迈向新征程,必须坚持科学合理的五项重要原则,将中国式现代化的内在要求与已有研究相结合,完善政治、经济、社会、文化、生态“五位一体”的评价指标体系。同时,运用科学的方法对中国式现代化进行监测评估,实时掌握其发展进度和短板弱项,系统勾勒出中国式现代化的实践图景,不断调整和优化各项公共政策,才能按时建成根基沉稳、成色十足、人民满意的中国式现代化,不断创造人类文明新形态。
In the new era,our Party has fully grasped the general laws of the development of world modernization,and based on its own actual conditions and central tasks,systematically elaborated on the overall layout of modernization,Chinese characteristics,essential requirements,strategic arrangements,major principles,handling of major relations,and their interaction with further deepening reform in an all-round way,forming a theoretical system of Chinese modernization.Moving towards a new journey,we must adhere to the five important principles of science and rationality,combine the inherent requirements of Chinese-style modernization with existing research,and improve the“five sphere”integrated evaluation index system of politics,economy,society,culture and ecology.At the same time,we should use scientific methods to monitor and evaluate the Chinese modernization,grasp its development progress and shortcomings in real time,systematically outline the practical picture of Chinese modernization,and constantly adjust and optimize various public policies.Only in this way can we build Chinese modernization on time with a solid foundation,full of color and satisfaction of the people,and constantly create a new form of human civilization.
