摘要
某海上气田高压多相流量计连接隔离球阀阀体螺柱发生断裂现象,采用宏观观察、化学成分分析、断口分析、硬度测试、金相检验等方法分析螺柱的断裂原因。结果表明:在海洋大气环境下及预紧力的作用下,螺柱发生应力腐蚀开裂现象,螺柱径向萌生了微裂纹,裂纹沿径向长大并扩展,当裂纹尺寸达到一定程度时,螺柱发生整体断裂。
The fracture phenomenon of the valve body stud of the high-pressure multi-phase flowmeter connected to the isolation ball valve in an offshore gas field occurred.The fracture causes of the stud were analyzed by macroscopic observation,chemical composition analysis,fracture surface analysis,hardness test,metallographic examination and other methods.The results show that under the action of marine atmospheric environment and pre-tightening force,the stress corrosion cracking of the stud occured.The micro-cracks initiated in the radial direction of the stud,and the cracks grew and expanded along the radial direction.When the crack size reached a certain degree,the stud broke as a whole.
