摘要
从吉林长白山地区采集分离纯化得到了10株野生猴头菇菌株,通过ISSR亲缘关系比对,可分为6个不同品种,对这6个不同品种的野生猴头菇进行组织分离、纯化、人工栽培培养,观察和比较母种菌丝生长状态、子实体出菇的表型差异、畸形菇率、子实体的营养成分(包括多糖、蛋白质和氨基酸)。综合比较获得的2株栽培性状较优的野生猴头菇菌株(菌株D和9-8),是人工驯化栽培的优良品种,极具开发潜力。
Ten wild Hericium erinaceus strains were collected from Changbai Mountain area in Jilin Province.Through ISSR phylogenetic comparison,they were divided into six different varieties.These six different varieties of wild H.erinaceus were subjected to tissue isolation,purification,and artificial cultivation.The growth status of the stock culture hyphae,phenotypic differences in fruit bodies,abnormal fruit body rates,and nutritional components(indude polysaccharides,proteins and amino acids),of fruit bodies were compared and observed.The two wild strains with superior cultivation traits of H.erinaceus obtained through comprehensive comparison(strains D and 9-8).These two strains are excellent varieties for artificial domestication and cultivation,with great potential for development.
