摘要
目的:观察血栓性疾病患者应用依诺肝素治疗的效果。方法:选取2020年3月—2023年3月东营市第五人民医院收治的血栓性疾病患者120例为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分组,对照组60例给予普通肝素联合华法林治疗,观察组60例给予依诺肝素治疗。比较两组血液流变学指标、深静脉血栓(DVT)发生率及凝血功能。结果:治疗后,两组血浆黏度、血细胞比容、纤维蛋白原水平降低,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组DVT发生率低于对照组(P=0.001);治疗后,两组内皮细胞型纤溶酶原激活物抑制因子、D-二聚体水平降低,组织型纤溶酶原激活剂水平升高,活化部分凝血活酶时间、凝血酶原时间、凝血酶时间延长,观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:血栓性疾病患者应用依诺肝素的效果较好,可改善患者血液流变学指标、凝血功能,降低DVT发生率。
Objective:To observe the effect of enoxaparin in the treatment of patients with thrombotic diseases.Methods:A total of one hundred and twenty patients with thrombotic diseases admitted to Dongying Fifth People's Hospital from March 2020 to March 2023 were selected as the study objects and grouped by random number table method.The control group was treated with heparin combined with warfarin in sixty cases,and the observation group was treated with enoxaparin in sixty cases.Hemorheology indexes,incidence of deep vein thrombosis(DVT)and coagulation function were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,plasma viscosity,hematocrit and fibrinogen levels in two groups were decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05);the incidence of DVT in observation group was lower than that in control group(P=0.001);after treatment,the levels of endothelial plasminogen activator inhibitor and D-dimer decreased,while the levels of tissue plasminogen activator increased in both groups,the activated partial thromboplastin time,prothrombin time and thrombin time were prolonged,and the observation group was better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of enoxaparin in patients with thrombotic diseases is better,which can improve the hemorheology index,coagulation function and reduce the incidence of DVT.
