摘要 在智能化开采的背景中,合理选择矿采技术可以提高采煤质量。部分矿企在生产中存在智能化技术选择不足的问题,需要在机械化开采背景中做好技术应用。为此,提出矿企智能化技术选择评价模型,为技术选择提供数据支持。从记忆截割技术、实时通信网络技术、巡检机器人技术等方面进行智能化综采技术的应用分析,不断提高矿采智能化水平。最后,对智能化开采工作面进行试验分析,现场应用后有着减员提效的经济价值,可满足矿企的发展需要。 In the context of intelligent mining,reasonable selection of mining technology can improve the quality of coal mining.However,considering the production of some mining enterprises,there is a problem of insufficient selection of intelligent technology,and it is necessary to apply the technology well in the context of mechanized mining.Therefore,an intelligent technology selection evaluation model for mining enterprises was proposed to provide data support for technology selection.The application of intelligent and fully mechanized technology,including memory cutting technology,real-time communication network technology,and inspection robot technology,was analyzed to continuously improve the level of mining intelligence.Finally,experimental analysis was conducted on the intelligent mining face,and after on-site application,it had economic value in reducing staff and improving efficiency,which can meet the development needs of mining enterprises.
