摘要
区域国别学能够为打击跨国犯罪提供战略性的指导。近年来东南亚地区因其独特的地理位置、文化背景和经济环境,成为电信诈骗犯罪活动的高发区。电信诈骗不仅给受害者带来严重的经济损失,也对社会稳定和国际关系造成了不良影响。因此,在东南亚地区跨国打击电信诈骗成为各国共同面临的挑战。本研究突破以往研究的单一视角,运用文献调查、网络调查、实例调研、问卷调查等方式,在区域国别学多学科的视角下探讨中国在东南亚地区进行跨境打击电信网络诈骗这一问题,以期为相关国家和地区的执法部门提供有益的参考。
Regional and country studies can provide strategic guidance for combating transnational crime.In recent years,Southeast Asia has become a high-risk area for telecommunications fraud due to its unique geographical location,cultural background,and economic envi-ronment.Telecom fraud not only causes serious economic losses to victims,but also has a negative impact on social stability and interna-tional relations.Therefore,combating telecommunications fraud across borders in Southeast Asia has become a common challenge faced by all countries.This study breaks through the single perspective of previous research and uses literature review,online surveys,case studies,questionnaire surveys,and other methods to explore China's cross-border crackdown on telecommunications fraud in Southeast Asia from a multidisciplinary perspective of regional and country studies.The aim is to provide useful references for law enforcement agencies in rele-vant countries and regions.
