摘要
《黄帝内经》(以下简称《内经》)脾胃运化理论强调脾胃共主运化,脾主运、胃主化。仲景《伤寒论》受《内经》脾胃运化理论影响,重视脾胃思想在其诸方证中均有体现。探讨《内经》脾胃运化理论对《伤寒论》中“苓桂剂”方证用药规律的影响,即五苓散、茯苓甘草汤(苓桂姜甘汤)、苓桂术甘汤和苓桂甘枣汤四方,有利于更好地理解重土思想、更好地认识经典、更好地指导临床实践。
The theory of transport-transform from spleen and stomach in Huangdi Neijing emphasizes three aspects which cover syn⁃ergy(emphasizes the synergy of spleen and stomach),spleen governs transportation,stomach dominates transformation.Based on this theory of Huangdi Neijing,Treatise on Febrile Diseases of Zhang Zhongjing extremely stress spleen-stomach theory,and is reflected in so many prescriptions.The Linggui prescription includes Wuling powder(Wuling powder),Fuling Gancao decoction,Linggui Zhugan decoction and Linggui Ganzao decoction.The discussion of the prescription regularity from the Linggui prescription which is based on the theory of transport-transform from spleen and stomach in Huangdi Neijing will do benefit to comprehend the ideology of spleen and stomach function,classic and guide clinical practice.
