摘要
以安江水利水电枢纽为例,研究了水电站电气设备故障预防与状态监测技术。通过预防性维护、设备诊断、在线监测、数据采集与分析、状态评估与预警等手段,确保设备稳定运行。利用绝缘监测、热成像和振动分析评估设备状态,采用传感器实时获取数据,运用大数据和人工智能分析建立健康评估模型。故障预警系统及时发出警报,防止故障发生,保障电站安全稳定运行,提高设备可靠性和效率。
Taking Anjiang Water Conservancy and Hydropower Project as an example,this paper studies the fault prevention and condition monitoring technology of electrical equipment in hydropower station.Through preventive maintenance,equipment diagnosis,online monitoring,data collection and analysis,state evaluation and early warning,etc.,the stable operation of equipment is ensured.This paper uses insulation monitoring,thermal imaging,and vibration analysis to evaluate equipment status.Real time data is obtained through sensors,and a health assessment model is established using big data and artificial intelligence analysis.The fault early warning system gives an alarm in time to prevent the occurrence of faults,ensure the safe and stable operation of the power station and improve the reliability and efficiency of the equipment.
