摘要
脑卒中后视力障碍发病率较高,视力问题同时影响患者的认知及需要视觉输入的一系列其他功能康复、心理社会功能等,严重影响患者的生活质量及预后,给家庭和社会带来沉重的经济负担。本研究结合国内外研究现状,从脑卒中后视力障碍的流行病学特征、对患者的影响、国内外研究现状、视力障碍的评估、干预方法等方面进行综述,旨在为脑卒中后视力障碍患者的早期识别、有效干预、康复训练及治疗提供一定的理论依据。
The incidence of post-stroke visual impairment is high,and visual problems affect patients’cognition,a series of other functional rehabilitation and psychosocial functions that require visual input,which seriously affects the quality of life and prognosis of patients,and imposes a heavy economic burden on families and society.Combined the current status of domestic and international research,this study reviews the epidemiological characteristics of post-stroke visual impairment,the impact on patients,the current status of domestic and international research,the assessment of visual impairment,and the intervention methods,with the aim of providing a certain theoretical basis for the early identification of patients with post-stroke visual impairment,effective interventions,rehabilitation training,and treatment.
