维生素D受体和TREM-1含量及基因多态性与新生儿败血症的关系分析

Analysis of the relationship between the content of vitamin D receptor and TREM-1 and gene polymorphisms and neonatal sepsis

摘要 目的:探讨与分析维生素D受体和髓样细胞触发受体-1(TREM-l)含量及其基因多态性与新生儿败血症的关系。方法:选择2021年6月到2023年5月在呼和浩特市第一医院接受诊治的100例败血症新生儿作为败血症组,随机选择非败血症新生儿200例作为非败血症组。检测两组的血浆TREM-l含量,同时检测两组维生素D受体基因、TREM-1基因多态性,分析导致新生儿败血症的因素。结果:败血症组的血浆维生素D受体、TREM-1含量与非败血症组相比降低(P<0.05)。败血症组的维生素D受体基因rs8848223 CC型基因型和TREM-1基因rs4711668 CC型基因型占比都高于非败血症组(P<0.05),败血症组的维生素D受体和TREM-1基因C频率也都高于非败血症组(P<0.05)。二分类Logistic回归分析显示维生素D受体基因rs8848223 CC型基因型、TREM-1基因rs4711668 CC型基因型、维生素D受体基因rs8848223等位基因C、TREM-1基因rs4711668等位基因C、血浆维生素D受体、TREM-1含量为导致新生儿败血症发生的因素(P<0.05)。结论:新生儿败血症多伴随有血浆维生素D受体、TREM-1含量降低,也伴随有维生素D受体基因和TREM-1基因多态性,维生素D受体基因rs8848223 CC型基因型、TREM-1基因rs4711668 CC型基因型、维生素D受体基因rs8848223等位基因C、TREM-1基因rs4711668等位基因C、血浆维生素D受体、TREM-1含量为导致新生儿败血症发生的因素。 Objective To explore and analyze the relationship between the content of vitamin D receptor and myeloid cell trigger receptor-1(TREM-l)and their gene polymorphisms and neonatal sepsis.Method A total of 100 newborns with sepsis who received treatment in Hohhot First Hospital from June 2021 to May 2023 were selected as the sepsis group,and 200 non-sepsis newborns were randomly selected as the non-sepsis group.The plasma TREM-l content,and the polymorphisms of vitamin D receptor gene and TREM-1 gene of the two groups were detected to analyze the factors leading to neonatal sepsis.Result The plasma levels of vitamin D receptor and TREM-1 content in the sepsis group were lower than those in the non-sepsis group(P<0.05).The proportion of vitamin D receptor gene rs8848223 CC genotype and TREM-1 gene rs4711668 CC genotype in the sepsis group were higher than those in the nonsepsis group(P<0.05),and the frequency of vitamin D receptor and TREM-1 gene C in the sepsis group were also higher than those in the non-sepsis group(P<0.05).Binary Logistic regression analysis showed the vitamin D receptor gene rs8848223 CC genotype,TREM-1 gene rs4711668 CC genotype,rs8848223 allele C,and TREM-1 gene rs4711668 allele C,plasma levels of vitamin D receptors and TREM-1 were the factors leading to neonatal sepsis(P<0.05).Conclusion Neonatal sepsis is often accompanied by decreased plasma vitamin D receptor and TREM-1 content,as well as vitamin D receptor and TREM-1 gene polymorphisms.Vitamin D receptor gene rs8848223 CC genotype and TREM-1 gene rs4711668 CC genotype,rs8848223 allele C,rs4711668 allele C,plasma levels of vitamin D receptors and TREM-1 are the factors leading to neonatal sepsis.
