摘要
干燥综合征为临床常见病,马文辉教授认为该病的发展是一个由浅到深、由轻到重的过程,燥热之邪逐渐侵及卫、气、营、血分,引起脏腑功能的失调以及实质性的损害。卫强营弱是其关键病机,燥热之邪是其最主要的病因。治疗上先辨病,其次再辨兼夹的病证,予专病专方玉女煎加当归饮子进行加减治疗,疗效明显。该文总结马文辉教授治疗干燥综合征的临床经验。
Sjögren's syndrome is a common clinical condition.Professor Ma Wenhui believes that the progression of this disease is a process that moves from shallow to deep and from mild to severe,with the drying heat gradually invading the defense,qi,nutrient,and blood aspects,leading to dysfunction and substantive damage to the organs.The key pathological mechanism is a strong defense aspect with a weak nutrient aspect,while drying heat is the primary cause.Treatment begins with differentiating the disease,followed by identifying any concurrent syndromes,using targeted prescriptions like Yunv Decoction combined with Danggui Decoction for modification,resulting in significant efficacy.This article summarizes Professor Ma Wenhui's clinical experience in treating Sjögren's syndrome.
