摘要
随着高比例可再生能源发电并入新型电力系统主动配电网,主动配电网的调度员培训模拟系统(Dispatcher Training Simulator, DTS)承担培养操作工作高效率、复杂问题简单化、调度人员的任务。然而,目前配电网DTS在处理主动配电网风电、光伏、储能及即插即用设备智能性、灵活性能力不足问题,提出了智能型主动配电网DTS设计方案,并验证了其实际应用效果。所提方案智能灵活实用,有力提升了新型电力系统主动配电网的建设发展。
With the integration of a high proportion of renewable energy generation into the active distribution network of the new power system,the Dispatcher Training Simulator(DTS)of the active distribution network undertakes the task of cultivating operational efficiency,simplifying complex problems,and dispatching personnel.However,at present,DTS in the distribution network is addressing the issue of insufficient intelligence and flexibility of active distribution network wind power,photovoltaic,energy storage,and plug and play devices.A design scheme for intelligent active distribution network DTS has been proposed,and its practical application effect has been verified.The proposed scheme is intelligent,flexible,and practical,effectively enhancing the construction and development of the active distribution network in the new power system.
