摘要
目的探究新生儿黄疸护理中联合使用抚触护理与细节护理的效果。方法选取2022年9月至2023年11月三明市第一医院收治的357例新生儿黄疸病例为研究对象,依照奇偶数法分为对照组(178例)和研究组(179例)。对照组给予常规护理+抚触护理,研究组在对照组基础上增加细节护理。比较两组胆红素水平、症状、护理满意度、不良护理事件。结果护理后,研究组患儿血清总胆红素水平、直接胆红素水平、间接胆红素水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患儿黄疸消退时间、胎便转黄时间以及住院时间短于对照组,每日排便次数多于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患儿家长对护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患儿总不良护理事件发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论新生儿黄疸应用临床护理中联合应用抚触护理与细节护理效果显著。
Objective To explore the effect of combined touch nursing and detailed nursing in nursing of neonatal jaundice.Methods A total of 357 cases of neonatal jaundice admitted to Sanming First Hospital from September 2022 to November 2023 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into control group(n=178)and study group(n=179)according to the odd and even number method.The control group was given routine nursing and touching nursing,while the study group was given additional detail nursing on the basis of the control group.The bilirubin levels,symptoms,satisfaction with care,and adverse care events were compared between two groups.Results After nursing,the serum levels of total bilirubin,direct bilirubin and indirect bilirubin in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The time of jaundice resolution,the time of fetal stool turning yellow and the length of hospital stay in the study group were shorter than those in the control group,and the number of daily defecation was more than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of parents in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of total adverse nursing events in the study group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions In the application of clinical nursing of neonatal jaundice,the combined application of touch nursing and detail nursing have achieved remarkable results.
