摘要
以上海在水一方工程为背景,通过BIM技术结合数值模拟分析、模架深化设计、三维激光扫描、数字化监测等方式,解决了双曲面混凝土壳体工程中模架设计、施工过程管理、混凝土浇筑过程动态控制等问题,实现了结构施工全过程的数字化支持、管理及监控,确保了施工安全并显著提升了工程质量和效率,可为今后同类工程提供参考。
Based on the Shanghai Zaishui Yifang Project,issues related to formwork design,construction process management,and dynamic control of the concrete pouring process in hyperboloid concrete shell projects are addressed using BIM technology,numerical simulation,formwork deepening design,3D laser scanning,and digital monitoring.The digital support,management,and monitoring of the entire construction process are implemented,ensuring construction safety while significantly improving project quality and efficiency.This approach can serve as a reference for similar future projects.
