基于空化效应的凹坑微织构润滑性能仿真分析

Simulation analysis of pitting micro-texture lubrication performance based on cavitation effect

摘要 为了探究凹坑微织构几何参数对摩擦副润滑性能的影响机理和规律,建立了考虑空化效应的三维流体润滑模型,采用Workbench软件对其进行CFD数值模拟计算,通过仿真分析研究凹坑微织构形状、深宽比和面积密度对微织构油膜净增压和摩擦系数的影响变化情况。结果表明:空化效应的存在是产生油膜净增压的关键因素;相比其它3种形状的凹坑微织构,圆形凹坑微织构拥有更大的油膜净增压和更小的摩擦系数,摩擦副润滑性能更好;随着微织构深宽比及面积密度的增大,结果呈现出了一定的规律,即油膜净增压先增大后减小,摩擦系数先减小后增大;探索出了圆形凹坑微织构的最优深宽比及面积密度,分别为0.02和20%。 In order to explore the influence mechanism and law of micro-texture parameters of pits on lubrication performance of friction pairs,a three-dimensional fluid lubrication model considering cavitation effect was established,and CFD numerical calculation was carried out by Workbench software.The effects of micro-texture shape,depth to width ratio and area density on the net pressure increase and friction coefficient of micro-texture oil film were studied by simulation.The results show that the existence of cavitation effect is the key factor to generate the net pressure increase of oil film.Compared with the other three kinds of concave micro-texture,the circular concave micro-texture has larger net pressure increase of oil film and smaller friction coefficient,and the lubrication performance of friction pair is better.With the increase of micro-texture depth to width ratio and area density,the results show a certain rule,that is,the net oil film pressure increases first and then decreases,and the friction coefficient decreases first and then increases.The optimal depth to width ratio and area density of circular pit micro-texture are found,which are 0.02 and 20%respectively.
