摘要
目的探讨应用肺结核防治知识健康教育处方对高校新生肺结核防治态度及行为的影响。方法对2022-09月淮南师范学院新入学的620名学生在开学第3天发放肺结核防治知识健康教育处方并指导其学习4周。评估新生在应用处方健康教育前和健康教育4周后肺结核防治知识知晓率、防治态度及防治行为。结果应用处方健康教育4周后学生肺结核防治知识知晓率较应用健康教育前明显提高(P<0.05);肺结核防治态度、防治行为明显改善(P<0.05);学生对肺结核健康教育的总满意率为90.67%。结论对高校新生应用肺结核健康教育处方进行健康教育,可提高新生肺结核防治知识知晓率,改善对疾病防治态度及行为。
Objective To explore the effect of health education prescription on the attitude and behavior of college freshmen in the prevention and treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis.Methods September 2022,620 newly enrolled students in Huainan Normal University were given health education prescriptions for tuberculosis prevention and treatment knowledge on the third day of enrollment and guided to study for 4 weeks.The awareness rate of tuberculosis prevention and control knowledge,attitude and behavior of freshmen before and after 4 weeks of health education were evaluated.Results After 4 weeks of health education,the awareness rate of tuberculosis prevention and treatment knowledge of students was significantly higher than that before health education(P<0.05).The attitude and behavior of tuberculosis prevention and treatment were significantly improved(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of students to tuberculosis health education was 90.67%.Conclusion The application of tuberculosis health education prescription for health education in college freshmen can improve the awareness rate of tuberculosis prevention and control knowledge,and improve the attitude and behavior of disease prevention and control.
