摘要
目的探讨九味霍佩含漱液对甲状腺术后患者口干及咽喉痛的疗效。方法采取随机对照的研究方法将2023年1—12月在该院行甲状腺切除术后出现口干及咽喉痛患者60例分为观察组和对照组,每组30例。对照组术后安返病房后8 h内禁食、禁饮,并采取常规护理方案;观察组在常规护理方案基础上予以九味霍佩含漱液含漱。比较2组患者术后口干(口干量表评分)及咽喉痛(咽痛评分)改善情况。结果观察组患者术后8 h口干量表评分[(6.13±1.41)分]、咽痛评分[(0.97±0.76)分]均明显低于对照组[分别为(7.07±1.60)、(1.47±0.78)分],差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论九味霍佩含漱液可显著改善患者口干及咽喉痛,提高患者舒适度,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of Jiuwei Huopei Gargle on postoperative thyroid patients with dry mouth and sore throat.Methods A randomized controlled study was conducted to divide 60 patients with dry mouth and sore throat who underwent thyroidectomy in the hospital from January to December 2023 into an observation group and a control group,with 30 patients in each group.The control group was fasted and prohibited from drinking within 8 hours after returning to the ward after surgery,and received routine nursing care;The observation group was given Jiuwei Huopei mouthwash on the basis of routine nursing plan.Compare the improvement of postoperative dry mouth(dry mouth scale score)and sore throat(sore throat score)between two groups of patients.Results The dry mouth scale[(6.13±1.41)points]and sore throat score[(0.97±0.76)points]of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group[(7.07±1.60)and(1.47±0.78)points],respectively,8 hours after surgery,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Jiuwei Huopei Gargle can significantly improve the symptoms of dry mouth and sore throat in patients,enhance their comfort,promote postoperative recovery,and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
