摘要
人造板产业正积极向绿色、高质量、智能化方向转型。防伪溯源系统凭借信息化、数字化技术,为保障产品质量和供应链透明度提供了重要手段。本文阐述了防伪溯源系统在人造板产业的关键作用和主要技术,包括二维码/条形码、物联网、区块链、隐形油墨及无线射频识别技术等,同时探讨了当前防伪溯源系统在产业应用中的问题与挑战,并提出了相应的改进建议,为人造板产业的高质量发展提供参考。
The wood-based panel industry is actively transforming towards green,high-quality,and intelligence development.Anti-counterfeiting traceability systems,leveraging informatization and digitalization technologies,provide essential tools for ensuring product quality and supply chain transparency.This paper elaborates on the critical role and primary technologies of anti-counterfeiting traceability systems in the wood-based panel industry,including QR code/barcodes,the Internet of Things(IoT),block chain,invisible ink,and Radio Frequency Identification(RFID)technology.It also explores the current issues and challenges in their industrial application and proposes corresponding improvement suggestions to support the sustainable and high-quality development of the wood-based panel industry.
