生物炭对植烟土壤养分和碳矿化的影响 被引量:3

摘要 【目的】探明不同粒径生物炭对酸性和碱性土壤养分和碳矿化的影响及其机制。【方法】采用室内培养试验,设置河南碱性土壤不添加生物炭(HB0)、HB0添加20目(HB20)、HB0添加100目生物炭(HB100)、重庆酸性土壤不添加生物炭(CB0)、CB0添加20目(CB20)和CB0添加100目生物炭(CB100)6个处理,分析不同粒径生物炭对不同类型土壤碳矿化的影响。【结果】(1)培养7 d和28 d,添加100目生物炭显著增加两种类型土壤有效磷、全氮和有机碳含量;生物炭与土壤类型对速效钾含量有极显著的交互作用。培养28 d和102 d,CB100处理较CB0显著降低了土壤铵态氮含量35.29%和22.53%。(2)HB100处理较HB0显著增加CO_(2)排放总量29.93%,CB100较CB0显著降低CO_(2)排放总量22.22%。(3)通径分析表明,对碱性土壤CO_(2)排放速率有较大直接影响的是土壤有效磷和水溶性有机碳含量,对酸性土壤CO_(2)排放速率有显著直接正效应的是土壤水溶性有机碳和微生物量碳含量,有显著直接负效应的是土壤pH、速效钾和铵态氮含量。【结论】添加生物炭促进河南碱性土壤碳矿化,但抑制重庆酸性土壤的碳矿化,且生物炭粒径越小效果越明显。 [Objective]This study aims to investigate the effects and mechanisms of biochar with different particle sizes on soil nutrients and carbon mineralization in acidic and alkaline soils,so as to provide a theoretical basis for improving tobacco planting soils and reducing greenhouse gas emissions.[Methods]An indoor incubation test was conducted with six treatments:no biochar(HB0),20 mesh(HB20)and 100 mesh(HB100)biochar in Henan alkaline soil,and no biochar(CB0),20 mesh(CB20)and 100 mesh biochar(CB100)in Chongqing acidic soil.[Results](1)After 7 and 28 days of incubation,the content of available phosphorus,total nitrogen and organic carbon in the two types of soil was significantly increased by adding 100 mesh biochar compared with no biochar treatment.Biochar and soil types had a significant interaction effect on the content of available potassium.After 28 days and 102 days of incubation,the CB100 treatment significantly reduced soil ammonium nitrogen content by 35.29%and 22.53%compared with CB0,respectively.(2)The HB100 treatment significantly increased the total CO_(2) emissions by 29.93%compared with HB0,while the CB100 significantly reduced the total CO_(2) emissions by 22.22%compared with CB0.(3)Path analysis indicated that soil available phosphorus and water-soluble organic carbon content had a significant direct positive effect on CO_(2) emission rate in alkaline soil,while soil pH,available potassium,and ammonium nitrogen content had a significant direct negative effect on CO_(2) emission rate in acidic soil.[Conclusion]Adding biochar promotes carbon mineralization in alkaline soil from Henan but inhibits carbon mineralization in acidic soil from Chongqing,with the effect being more pronounced with smaller particle sizes of biochar.
