摘要
高校学生事务管理是教育管理的重要组成部分,分散化、碎片化管理模式已无法满足日益多样化和个性化的学生需求,构建“一站式服务”平台成为提升学生服务质量和管理效能的关键。高校必须紧紧围绕“以学生为中心”的核心理念,综合运用大数据、云计算、人工智能等前沿技术,打造集教育、管理和服务于一体的综合服务平台,通过明确服务工作需求、加强信息整合与管理机制配置、拓展服务渠道、健全评价体系,实现对学生学习、生活、就业等多方面支持,推动高校管理模式创新转型和提升服务水平。
College student affairs management is an important part of education management.At present,decentralized and fragmented management mode has been unable to meet the increasingly diversified and personalized needs of students,and building a“one-stop service”platform has become the key to improve the quality of student service quality and management efficiency.Colleges and universities must be closely around the core concept of“student-centered”and the integrated use of big data,cloud computing,cutting-edge technologies such as artificial intelligence,build integrated service platform of education,management and service so as to realize the support for the students study,life,employment through clarifying service requirements,strengthening information integration and management mechanism configuration,expanding service channels,improving the evaluation system,and promote university management mode innovation transformation and improve service level.
