摘要
为了提高纺织品隔热性能的测试精度,根据GB 38453-2019《防护服装隔热服》的要求,参考相关国外标准,提出一种自适应智能校准辐射热传导测试系统。介绍了自适应智能校准辐射热传导测试系统的测试原理、设计原理、关键技术,并对其实际应用效果进行了评估。实践表明:辐射热传导指数测试结果相对偏差小于3%;连续运行12 h后,所测热通量与标准要求热通量20 kW/m^(2)的相对误差均在±1.5%内;测试结果与AITEX检测机构的基本一致。认为:该系统基于先进的数据处理算法及传感器应用技术等,实现了辐射热源的自适应智能校准,提高了测试结果的准确性和可靠性。
In order to improve the test precision of textiles thermal insulation performance,according to the requirements of GB 38453—2019 Protective Clothing-Thermal Protective Clothing,and referring to relevant foreign standards,a self-adaptive intelligent calibration system for radiant heat transfer test was proposed.The test principle,design principle,key technology and actual application effect of the self-adaptive intelligent calibration system for radiant heat transfer test were introduced.The practice showed that the relative deviation of the radiant heat transfer index test was less than 3%.After continuous operation of 12 h,the measured heat flux was less than±1.5%of the standard required heat flux of 20 kW/m^(2).The test results was basically consistent with those of the AITEX test institution.It is considered that the system,based on advanced data processing algorithm and sensor application technology,the self-adaptive intelligent calibration of radiant heat sources was realized,the accuracy and reliability of the test results are improved.
