摘要
随着智能建筑概念的提出及建筑内电动汽车充电设施的逐步完善,为提高电动汽车车主主动参与建筑调度的积极性,提出一种可交易能源(transactive energy,TE)框架下汽车到建筑(vehicle to building,V2B)的优化调度方法。首先,考虑电动汽车车主出行的不确定性,建立了可交易能源框架下的电动汽车V2B模型,电动汽车车主可以通过可交易能源平台直接参与建筑的交易之中,制定个性化补偿方案。其次,以建筑运行总成本最低为目标,构建了智慧建筑优化调度模型,并采用大M法将其转化成混合整数线性规划问题;最后,采用Cplex求解器对模型进行求解,得到各设备实时出力、建筑与电网间的电能交易量。算例结果表明,采用可交易能源框架设计的智慧建筑优化调度模型能有效降低建筑的运行成本,减小建筑高峰负荷,且每个电动汽车车主都能得到满意的补偿费用。
With the proposal of the concept of intelligent building and the gradual improvement of electric vehicle charging facilities in the building,in order to improve the enthusiasm of electric vehicle owners to actively participate in building scheduling,an optimal scheduling of V2B in smart building under transactive energy framework is proposed.Firstly,considering the uncertainty of electric vehicle owners’travel,an electric vehicle V2B model under transactive energy framework is established.Electric vehicle owners can directly participate in the transaction with the building through the transactive energy platform,and formulate personalized compensation schemes.Secondly,aiming at the lowest total cost of building operation,a smart building optimization scheduling model is constructed,and it is converted into a mixed-integer linear programming problem by using large M method.Finally,the Cplex solver is used to solve the model,and the real-time output of each equipment and the electricity transaction volume between the building and the grid are obtained.The simulation results show that the optimal scheduling model of smart building using transactive energy framework can effectively reduce the operating cost of the building,reduce the peak load of the building,and each EV owner can get satisfactory compensation costs.
