摘要
简述了醋酸纤维素的制造技术、发展历程和现状,通过归纳总结其友好的物理、化学性质,表明其具有较广泛的应用前景;分析了醋酸纤维素主要衍生物的特性、生产工艺及市场应用等,表明其衍生物性能好、附加值高。从原料浆粕开发、制造工艺改进、衍生物应用拓展及废弃物降解等方面,对醋酸纤维素的技术发展进行了探讨。
In this paper,the manufacturing technology and development history of cellulose acetate were in⁃troduced briefly.Friendly physical and chemical properties of cellulose acetate were summarized.It indicated that it had great potential for application.The characteristics,production process and market applications of main cellulose acetate derivatives were analyzed.Research had shown that its derivative had good performance and high added value.Furthermore,the technical development of cellulose acetate was discussed from various perspectives including the development of raw material pulp,improvement of manufacturing processes,expan⁃sion of derivative application,and research on its waste degradation.
