摘要
轮胎式集装箱门式起重机作业繁忙,司机室的操作舒适度对司机的人身健康具有重要影响。文中以轮胎式集装箱门式起重机为例,在正常作业工况下对司机室进行振动测量,采用数字滤波、量纲分析、傅里叶变换等方法进行加速度信号分析。结合相关标准,完成司机室舒适度评价,提出基于振动测量的司机室舒适度评价方法,为港口起重设备作业调度、司机室的人机工效学设计提供参考价值。
In view of the busy operation of the tire container gantry crane,the operating comfort of the cab is of great significance to the driver's personal health.Taking the tire container gantry crane as an example,the vibration of the cab was measured under normal working conditions,and the acceleration signal was analyzed by digital filtering,dimensional analysis and Fourier transform.Combined with relevant standards,the comfort evaluation of cab was completed.An evaluation method of cab comfort based on vibration measurement was proposed,which can serve as a reference for the operation scheduling of port lifting equipment and ergonomic design of cab.
