摘要
针对起重机监控可视化不足、监测指标单一引发的承载能力评估难题,文中遵循虚实互控与互补的理念,提出了基于数字孪生的移动式起重机结构承载能力评估研究。采用数字孪生五维模型,构建移动式起重机数字孪生系统框架,系统阐述物理实体、虚拟实体、孪生数据、连接及可视化服务五维模型,并通过代理模型构建、云图映射及承载能力评估等关键技术,围绕服役监控、监测量可视化、承载能力评估及数据管理等模块,开发出起重机服役监测评估数字孪生系统。此外,从实际服役场景入手,以YDC20/30轻小型移动式起重机为例,验证了所提方法及系统的有效性,为起重机服役过程结构承载能力评估提供了新的途径和策略。
To solve the problem of carrying capacity evaluation caused by the lack of visualization of crane monitoring and the single monitoring index,in this paper,following the concept of mutual control and complementarity between reality and reality,a research on carrying capacity evaluation of mobile crane structure based on digital twins is proposed.Using the five-dimensional model of digital twinning,a framework of digital twinning system for mobile crane was constructed,and the five-dimensional model of physical entity,virtual entity,twinning data,connection and visual service was described in detail.Through key technologies such as proxy model construction,cloud map mapping and carrying capacity evaluation,a digital twinning system for crane service monitoring and evaluation was developed from the aspects of service monitoring,monitoring quantity visualization,carrying capacity evaluation and data management.In addition,based on the actual service scene,taking YDC 20/30 light and small mobile crane as an example,the effectiveness of the proposed method and system was verified,which provides a new way and strategy for evaluating the bearing capacity of crane structure during service.
